Tricia Kinney is a guest character in Season 2 of FOX teen soap Beverly Hills, 90210. She is portrayed by Gabrielle Anwar.
Character
Tricia was an ice skater from Texas training for the Olympics who met Brandon Walsh after a scrimmage hockey game he was playing. They immediately engaged in a skating race, which resulted in a tie between the two of them.
Brandon was quickly smitten with her and began attending all of her morning workouts on the ice, much to her coach Mr. Kluklinski's chagrin. He believed Brandon to be a distraction and felt his presence would hinder her chances at succeeding. However, after Tricia blew her big chance, she started spending more time with Brandon in an effort to have fun, something for which she hardly ever had time.
Their romance was short-lived, however, when Tricia was given a second chance at her audition. She shut Brandon out this time, however, and ended up doing well. She said goodbye to Brandon and gave a shoutout to him on television.
At the gang's high school graduation, there was a slide show of Brandon and all of his romances over the years, including Emily Valentine and Nikki Witt. Dylan McKay asked which one he liked the most and Tricia was the one he chose.
