The 17 Year Itch is the 8th episode of Season 1 on FOX teen soap Beverly Hills, 90210.

While Jim and Cindy celebrate their 17th wedding anniversary, Cindy finds herself attracted to photographer Glen, her old college boyfriend and matchmaker, which resurrects old jealousies from Jim. Meanwhile, Brenda and Brandon participate in a study on twins in America. Also, David is determined to become the new DJ on West Beverly High's radio station and after the dim-witted Scott blows his spot, Donna overplays her part, and Steve gets stage fright. As the episode progresses Cindy grows more and more confused as to what she wants. Jim is staying away from home more, which only pushes her closer to Glen.

Eventually, Jim has enough and goes to Glen's house to comfront him. He tells Glen to back off of his wife and his family, and to get his own. It is apparent that Jim envies a lot of things of Glen's...but his family is one thing Glen cannot or will not ever have. Later, we see Glen come to the Walsh house. He says goodbye to Cindy, and ends anything that could have been growing between them. Later that evening, Jim comes home early and surprises Cindy with a romantic getaway. It's just what they need to rekindle their relationship.
