Shenae was born on October 24, 1989 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She appears as Annie Wilson on 90210, the fourth series of the Beverly Hills, 90210 continuity. She has been recognized for acting, directing, singing, and her allure (including her acclaimed hairstyles). Shenae is also known for portraying Darcy Edwards on Degrassi: The Next Generation. She was also a recurring guest star on the series Naturally, Sadie where she played Arden Allcott.
She also appeared in Picture This with her former Degrassi: The Next Generation co-star Lauren Collins. Grimes also appeared in a music video for rock band Our Lady Peace's single, "All You Did Was Save My Life", which was filmed in April 2009. She recently appeared in Scream 4 as Trudie Harrold.
