The Condo is introduced in Melrose Place, the second series of the Beverly Hills, 90210 continuity. It appears in seasons 5 and 6.

This place is located on the marina. Peter Burns lived there after his separation from Amanda Woodward. Taylor McBride and Lexi Sterling lived there at various points.
