Story[]
Terry is introduced to Dylan by Jack McKay as the captain aboard the latter's houseboat, but is really an F.B.I. agent protecting Jack's life as he was about to enter the Witness Protection Program. He seems to be in charge of the group and is constantly telling Jack that he needed to tie up his loose ends.
