Arlen worked at the dental office of Mel Silver and was fond of David Silver, remarking how he had grown in the three weeks she had last seen him. She later tried to stop Jackie Taylor from barging into the office, without success but was embarrassed when she found out her identity.
She later brought Mel the engagement ring he used to propose to Jackie and seemed all choked up at his impending nuptials.
